The Trial Court Judge in her request letter, has stated that due to time taken by the accused counsel for cross examination, the Court requires more time to dispose of the case and hence, sought for extension of time of two months to complete the trial.

2. Taking note of the request of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-III, Saidapet, Chennai, time is extended by two months from today.

3. The learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-III, Saidapet, Chennai is directed to complete the trial within the time and report to the Registry.
