ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the case in CC.No.143 of 2011 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumpudur to the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Ponneri or any other competent Court and to dispose of the case within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the CC.No.143 of 2011 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumpudur to the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Ponneri already ended in acquittal. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
