2.The petitioner, in the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone the delay, has stated that in spite of his instructions, the Clerk of Advocate failed to file copy application.
When he approached the counsel on record with a request for certified copy, he found that the Clerk failed to file copy application. Subsequently, copy application has been filed on 21.04.2022 and the same was made ready on 29.07.2022. The appeal was filed on 22.09.2022.
3. Having satisfied with the reasons given by the petitioner, this petition is ordered.
