ORDER

When the appointment of the petitioner was cancelled on the ground that it was irregular, an order came to be passed by this Court in W.P.No.16715 of 2023 on 26.06.2023 quashing the order of cancellation. Since the petitioner was not reinstated into service, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was called, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that after the order of Writ Court, the petitioner was reinstated into service.

3. As such the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. 03.11.2023 gpa 2/4
