ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking police protection apprehending life threat in the hands of the respondents 3 to 6. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that on the complaint given by the petitioner apprehending threat, private respondents were called and enquired. It is found that the petitioner herein fortified the Court decree, whereas the respondents who have agreed to produce the documents in their favour, have not turned up. Hence the complaint given by the petitioner was closed as civil in nature. He further states that the respondent police is keeping vigil over the matter and if any reasonable evidence available for proceed against the private respondents for causing life threat, necessary action will be taken.

Recording the undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
