Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to exclusively utilize the 20% of the sum allotted by the Central Government for the welfare of the Schedule Caste Community.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The additional affidavit filed by respondents 1 and 2 set forth the picture for the Financial Years 2012-2013 till 20152016 giving the bifurcation of the expenditure under the Scheduled Castes Sub Plan (SCSP), which is more than 20%, on par with the Schedule Caste population.

2. The affidavit was filed on 12.8.2016 and there is no rejoinder to it.
