It is contended that the Arbitraa Tribunal had been constituted and Mr.S.Parthasarathy had been appointed as a sole Arbitrator. He had also entered reference and issued notice to both the parties. They had also appeared before him on 26.10.2024. The arbitration proceedings are therefore had commenced. The parties are directed to seek relief before the Arbitrator Tribunal. The application OA.No.579 of 2024, stands closed, giving liberty to seek necessary relief before the learned Arbitrator.
