ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to survey and measure the land comprised in Sy.No.86/4, 86/1B1J, 86/1B1K, 86/1B1F Annamangalam Village, Melmalayanur Taluk, Villupuram District.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner made an online application on 09.07.2022 with a request to measure the property and fix the boundaries of the land which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation/application of the petitioner dated 09.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representations to survey, fix the boundaries of the land comprised in Sy.No.86/4, 86/1B1J, 86/1B1K, 86/1B1F Annamangalam Village, Melmalayanur Taluk, Villupuram District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of 2/4

receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.
