This petition is filed to condone the delay of 38 days in preparing the Criminal Appeal against the Judgment dated 30.01.2023 in C.C.No.166 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai.

2. Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
