ORDER

The petitioners have come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records relating to C.C.No.189 of 2013 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.2, Karaikal, Pondicherry State and quash the charge sheet against the petitioner.

2.Today (24.02.2016), the petitioner, the second respondent and the counsel for the petitioner were present before this Court and their identification is also verified by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The second respondent would submit that that since the matter has been compromised between them, he has no objection for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.189 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Karaikal, Pondicherry State.

3.Recording the submission made by the second respondent, the entire proceedings in C.C.No.189 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Karaikal, Pondicherry, in respect of the petitioner is hereby quashed and this Criminal Original Petition is allowed accordingly.
