ORDER

The petitioners have come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records in Cr.No.296 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2.Today (24.02.2016), the petitioners, the second respondent and their respective counsel were present before this Court and their identification is also verified by this Court. The second respondent would submit that since the matter has been compromised between them, he has no objection for quashing the proceedings in Cr.No.296 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.

3.Recording the submission made by the second respondent, the entire proceedings in Cr.No.296 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police in respect of the petitioners is hereby quashed and this Criminal Original Petition is allowed accordingly.
