This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, to extend the time of four weeks granted in order dated 05.08.2022 in W.P.No.20387 of 2022 for deposit with the 1st respondent, 20% of the impugned demand.

2. After hearing, it is ordered that 10% of the impugned demand should be deposited on or before 05.01.2023 and the balance 10% should be deposited on or before 21.01.2023.

The other aspects in the order dated 05.08.2022 shall naturally follow.

3. With the above direction, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
