The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to direct the respondents to investigate and file a final report in Cr.No.562 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the typed set of papers.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has been laid, which was taken on file in C.C.No.31 of 2016 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate No.III, Level) Cuddalore for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 352 and 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 407 of the Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act.
