On 25.06.2019, this Court passed the following order: "6. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Petition is allowed. The offence stands compounded under Section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and the accused is acquitted of the charges. The complainant will be entitled to withdraw the sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) that has been deposited by the accused in the Trial Court unconditionally. The accused shall cooperate with the complainant and help him to withdraw the said amount.
Post the matter on 15.07.2019 "For Reporting Compliance"."
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the accused is present and there is no representation for the complainant.
3. The learned counsel for the accused submitted that the complainant has filed a petition for withdrawal of a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- before the Trial Court.
