This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record petitioners 5 to 7 as legal representatives of deceased 7th appellant and to record them as appellants 8 to 10 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Mrs.R.Meenal, learned counsel for petitioner/appellant submitted that pending disposal of Second Appeal, the 7th appellant Murugesan died on 05.12.2022 leaving behind his wife, minor son and minor daughter as his legal representatives. Hence, he filed this petition to bring them on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the facts stated in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to bring on record the petitioners as legal heirs of deceased 7th appellant and to implead them as appellants 8 to 10 in the above Second Appeal and to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 18.12.2024.
