This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to appoint 5th petitioner as a guardian for minors viz., Akash and Archana Sree, 6th and 7th petitioners herein in the above Second Appeal.

2. Mrs.R.Meenal, learned counsel for revision petitioners submitted that pending appeal, 7th appellant died on 05.12.2022. However, the 6th and 7th petitioners, being minors, mother/5th petitioner may be appointed as a guardian for them. Hence, she has filed the above petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. Since the 6th and 7th petitioners, being minors, the 5th petitioner is appointed as a guardian for them in the above Second Appeal.
