This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to reopen the enquiry in C.No.2983/CCB/Visitors/2016 which was closed as per letter dated 14.11.2016 by the respondent and directing the respondent to conduct an enquiry in the manner known to law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Director of College Education had lodged a complaint against certain persons. The complaint of the Director of College Education as well as the petitioner are almost similar. On the complaint of the Director of College Education, Crime No.198 of 2017 was filed and thereafter, on completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed and taken on file in C.C.No.3221 of 2019, which is now pending trial before the Special Court for CCB, CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai. In that case, the petitioner has been listed as L.W.9.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
