This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record 4th petitioner as legal representatives of deceased 7th appellant and to record them as 6th appellant in the above Second Appeal.

2. Mrs.R.Meenal, learned counsel for petitioner/appellant submitted that pending disposal of Second Appeal, the 7th appellant Murugesan died on 05.12.2022 leaving behind his father as his legal representatives. Hence, he filed this petition to bring him on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the facts stated in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to bring on record the 4th petitioner as legal heir of deceased 7th appellant and to implead him as 6th appellant in the above Second Appeal and post the matter on 18.12.2024.
