ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent to grant it a Fire License Vide its Application dated 10.03.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the said Application, on 19.06.2023, the third respondent had conducted an inspection, following which, it required certain information/documents which have been provided by the petitioner.

3.Mr.Ramasamy Meyappan, learned Government Advocate (P) takes notice for the respondents.

4.The third respondent is now directed to consider the Application of the petitioner and take a decision on the same within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
