ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to release the yearly increment which is due from July,2020 onwards till July 2023 and continue to pay the yearly increments and also pay the arrears of increment within the time frame stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent are directed to consider the representations dated 15.03.2022 and 11.05.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
