The petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.00 am until further orders as condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11609 of 2024 vide order dated 15.05.2024 in Cr.No.260 of 2024 on the file of the respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the petitioner had complied with the conditions without fail and considering the other aspects, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
