ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur to take the petition filed by the petitioner on file and pass appropriate orders as per the directions given by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8367 of 2016, dated 10.08.2016.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petition has not been entertained by the Court below and therefore the present petition has been filed.

4. This Criminal original petition is disposed of with the direction to the Court below to take the petition on file and comply with the orders passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8367 of 2016, dated 10.08.2016.
