(CR.NO. 1852/2014) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.R.C.NO.955 of 2021 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner the modifying the order of the Principal Sessions Judge at Tirupur made in C.A.No. 13 of 2017 dated 02.11.2021 confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirupur in S.C.No.1 of 2016 dated 05/01/2017 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above CRL.R.C.NO.955 of 2021 IN CRL.MP.NO.12914/2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.R.C.NO.955 of 2021 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.RAMACHANDRAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.LEONARD ARUL JOSEPH SELVAM, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Mr.L.A.J.Selvam, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that NBW is pending against the petitioner.

2.The petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur.
