ORDER

These applications have been filed to discharge the 1st Defendant from representing the 3rd Defendant as his guardian as the 3rd Defendant has attained majority and to declare the 3rd Defendant as minor as he has attained majority. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Despite several notices were ordered to the respondents, they were returned unserved with an endorsement 'unclaimed'.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications stating that the 3rd defendant who was minor at the time of the filing of the suit has become major and having regard to the circumstances of the case, these applications are allowed. No costs. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
