A.No.4344 of 2022 in C.S.No.177 of 2013 N.SESHASAYEE, J., The third plaintiff was brought before the Court today by the second defendant.

2. This Court held an informal enquiry and posed certain formal questions to the person. She is not in a position to comprehend what is asked. Since the third plaintiff is under the care and custody of the second defendant, it will create an embarrassment to the other plaintiffs. Hence, this Court modifies the prayer and transpose the third plaintiff as fourth defendant and appoint second defendant as the next friend and guardian of the fourth defendant.

3. This petition is ordered and the Registry is required to carry out the amendment in the suit.
