ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondents for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.18157 of 2020 dated 09.08.2021.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have preferred an appeal before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.2545 of 2022 and an interim stay has also been obtained against the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18157 of 2020 dated 09.08.2021.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner therefore, submits that the contempt petition may be closed for the present with liberty to reopen the contempt petition, in case the Writ Appeal is dismissed.

4. Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
