ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 872 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022, thereby directing the respondents to issue notice to both the parties and after giving them opportunity of hearing and conduct enquiry within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent conducted a detailed enquiry and passed order on 08.11.2022.
