ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the fourth respondent is preventing the petitioner from fencing his property. Hence, the petitioner gave a representation to the third respondent with regard to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members for fencing the property, however, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2022 is available with the third respondent and they are ready to consider the petitioner's representation. 4.Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2022, on merits and take suitable action in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of 2/4

receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the petitioner is directed to produce sufficient documents with regard to the ownership of the land before the third respondent and cooperate for enquiry.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
