Prayer: Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.81 of 2021 on the file of the District Family Judge, Trichy and to transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Mannargudi, Thiruvarur District.

ORDER
The petitioner wife has filed the above petition seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.81 of 2021, filed by the husband for divorce on the file of the District Family Court, Trichy to the file of the Family Court, Mannargudi, Thiruvarur District.
2. The petitioner would submit that she is residing at Mannargudi and it will take hours of travel to reach Trichy for attending the hearing. The petitioner would state that she has no one to accompany her to attend the hearing and her aged parents cannot accompany her for every hearing. The petitioner would further submit that she cannot engage an Advocate in Trichy or to bear the expenses thereafter.

4. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given and also taking into account the fact that petitioner is residing at Mannargudi, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.81 of 2021 pending on the file of the District Family Court, Trichy is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Mannargudi, Thiruvarur.
Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
