After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission, by dispensing with the requirement of filing of counter affidavit based on the undertaking given by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents that the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2023, will be considered and disposed on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
