[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] This petition is filed to grant extension of time to record the evidence by Main Master as per the direction of this Court vide order dated 24.04.2024.

2.This Court, while disposing of the Original Side Appeal vide judgment dated 24.04.2024, issued directions to the Master to record the evidence as expeditiously as possible and to complete recording the evidence by 28.06.2024. A further direction was also given for early disposal to the OP Court to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible.

3.Despite the direction of this Court to complete the recording of evidence by 28.06.2024, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the direction of this Court has not been complied with and hence, prays for extension of time.

4.Having regard to the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is convinced that the petition can be ordered.

5.Accordingly, CMP.No.19197 of 2024 is ordered and time granted earlier, is extended by three months from this date to record the evidence by the Main Master.
