This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No.1817 of 2020 from the third respondent to CBI or CBCID on the basis of the petitioner's original complaint dated 08.03.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the third respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.1817 of 2020 and file a final report before the Additional Mahila Court, Dharmapuri.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, since it has not been taken cognizance and therefore no investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent, there is no question of transfer of investigation.
