A.No.4519 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J This application is filed seeking an extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. The applicant states that the arbitral proceedings are at the final stage of trial. Keeping in mind the nature of claims and the complexity of the dispute, a request is made for an extension of six months.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection to this application being allowed.

3. By taking into account the nature of the dispute and the stage of the arbitral proceedings, this application is allowed by extending the time for conclusion of arbitral proceedings by pronouncing an award in respect thereof by six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
