ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioners on 06.03.2025, wherein the petitioners are seeking for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) in order to utilise the property other than for agricultural purposes.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instruction received from the respondent. On going through the same, it is seen that the representation made by the petitioners is already under consideration and a report also has been received from the concerned authority and the decision will be taken within a period of two weeks.
3. In the light of the above written instruction received from the respondent, there shall be a direction to the respondent to convey the decision within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Page No.2 of 4
