PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the third respondent when the civil suit is pending before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil in O.S.No.7 of 2016.

ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the second respondent to not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the third respondent herein.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that already there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, and the complaint has been lodged by the third respondent is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

referred under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. Therefore, now Section 145 proceedings is pending on the file of the Sub Collector, Chidambaram.

3. Therefore, the second respondent is directed not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent when the civil suit is pending in O.S.No.7 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed off.
