ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu seeking a direction to the respondent police to produce her son namely, Santhosh, son of Saravanan, aged about 26 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the detenu has since been arrested in pursuance of the case registered in Crime No.285 of 2019 by the Inspector of Police, Ariyur police station for the offence under Section 66 (A) of the IT Act, 2000 and under Sections 506(2), 384, 511, 505
(3) and 507 IPC on 22.08.2019. The detenu was also remanded to judicial custody by the orders of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vellore District.

3. In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal custody of the detenu. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
