The petition for transfer is filed to withdraw the HMOP No.111 of 2021 pending on the file of SUbb-Judge, Omalur, Salem and transfer the same to District Court at Udhagamandalam.

2. In view of the fact that the Transfer Petition in T.R.CMP.No.1135 of 2022 stands allowed, no further consideration is required, since the HMOP No.111 of 2021 is pending on the file of Sub-Judge, Omalur, Salem.

3. Accordingly, the transfer petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
