These are petitions to condone the delay of 8 days in filing the original side appeals.

The petitioner has filed memos dated 14.06.2024 stating that RR 1 to 5, who are siblings, are residing in the same address; since RR 3 and 4 have not received the notice sent by registered post and he has also not received the acknowledgment card, he has filed the tracking report of the post office for proof of service; hence, service on RR 3 and 4 may be deemed to be completed, especially, when they are aware of the contents of the notice.

Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit accompanying these civil miscellaneous petitions and also the memos filed by the petitioner, the aforesaid delay is condoned and these civil miscellaneous petitions are ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to number the appeals, if they are otherwise in order.
