O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.959 of 2008 pending before the learned District Munsif, Sriperumbudur.

2. The defendants 8 to 11 are the revision petitioners.

3. In view of the limited relief that is sought for in the revision petition, notice to the respondent Nos.1 to 14 is dispensed with.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would bring to my notice that the suit was in fact originally filed in the year 2006 before the learned District Munsif, Tiruvallur and subsequently, in the year 2008, it has been transferred and re-numbered as O.S.No.959 of 2008. 2/4

5. Considering the fact that the suit is pending for 15 years, I am inclined to allow this civil revision petition and issue a direction to the learned District Munsif, Sriperumbudur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.959 of 2008 on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.01.2026.

6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
