This Court permitted the learned counsel for the petitioner to serve notice on the learned counsel appearing for the respondent before the lower Court in E.A.No.201 of 2016.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition has been filed to condone delay of 850 days in filing the Review Application against the S.A.No.1076 of 1992 is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Review Application and post the matter on 21.01.2020.
