This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed as the petitioners shall report before the respondent's police every saturday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.341 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26976 of 2023 modified on 22.01.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both sides and considering that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the fact that investigation is pending and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar Month for a period of three months.
