This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 39 of 2012 pending on the file of the respondent 2.Though this petition has been filed to quash the FIR, today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation in the case has already been completed and the charge sheet is ready.

3.In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

quash the FIR. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved, it is for the petitioner to file appropriate application challenging the final report. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
