This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to amend the offences as under Section 123, 275 of BNS and 6(a), 24(1), 7(1), 20(1) of COPTA,2003 instead of offences Under Sections 123, 275 of BNS and 6(a), 7(1), 20(1) of COPTA,2003 in Crl.O.P.No.19483 of 2024 by an order dated 13.08.2024.

2. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order copy dated 13.08.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.19483 of 2024 and issue a fresh amended order copy in Crl.O.P.No.19483 of 2024 to the parties.
