ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 01.04.2019 made in IA.No.1 of 2019 in OS.No.298 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Jayankondam.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the main suit itself was dismissed for default.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if the suit is restored on file, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application for appointment of advocate commissioner before the court below. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
