ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to conduct enquiry and cancel the forgery Sale Deed, dated 18.08.2021, vide Document No.8573/2021 in respect of the petitioner's land situated at Samuthiram Village, Thiruvannamalai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2021.

2. The petitioner is challenging the sale deed executed in favour of the fifth respondent in respect of the property comprised in S.Nos.106/3, 106/4 in Patta No.458 situated at Samuthiram Village, Thiruvannamalai District, as if it is fraudulent one and it is pending before the third respondent.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent along with his vendor and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
