Originally, a suit was filed for partition in the year 2003 before the District Munsif, Krishnagiri. Due to some administrative reason and change of pecuniary jurisdiction, it was transferred to Additional 2/5

District Court, Hosur and renumbered as O.S.No.118 of 2018. All the plaintiffs as well as the respondents have become senior citizens. Therefore, a request is made before this Court for early disposal of the suit.

2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Considering the long pendency of the suit and the age of the petitioners, a direction is issued to the learned Additional District Judge, Hosur, to dispose of O.S.No.118 of 2018, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above observation and direction. No costs.
