Crl.O.P.No.20452 of 2024 P. DHANABAL,J., Already this Court passed order dated 27.08.2024 by extending the time to furnish sureties of the earlier order passed in Crl.O.P.No.30690 of 2022 on or before 30.08.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unable to furnish sureties due to delay in obtaining copy.

3. Considering the reason stated by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to extend the time for the petitioner to furnish sureties till 13.09.2024. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
