ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under section 147, 447, 294(b), 427, 506(ii) of IPC, r/w Section of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, in Crime No.105 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant constructed a house in his own property. Thereafter, it is alleged that the petitioners entered the defacto complainant's property and removed fencing and boundary stones. It is further alleged that the petitioners abused the defacto complainant in filthy language. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are no way connected with the occurrence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is at initial stage. He further submits that the petitioners having five previous cases. Hence, he vehemently opposed grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners .
5. Considering the previous cases pending against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners .
