ORDER
The present application had been initiated invoking powers under Section 92 of CPC in respect of the first defendant Trust, where relief has been sought for against the second defendant who is the managing Trustee for life, apart from other reliefs. 2.Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the cause of action to https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
institute the Suit has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court and hence, requested this Court to allow the present application.
3.Considering the above submissions and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this Application, and taking into consideration that the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court and being satisfied with the same, the, the A.No.3020 of 2025 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to institute the Suit before this Court.
