ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of FIR pending in Crime No.20 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police. 1\4

2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], on instructions, submitted that the investigation is going on in a proper manner and that a final report will be filed within the time frame fixed by this Court. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
